One-on-One Free Session

 

When you purchase a Class Pass for this series, you are entitled to book a free private Zoom session to ask any questions about poses, how to adapt poses to your body and discover poses to help with any ailments that you might have.

 

A session must be booked for one of the times listed below, between November 1 and December 31.

Saturday mornings or afternoons

Wednesday evenings
