Now more than ever we need to rest - our bodies and minds. At the start of the week, take an hour for yourself. Restorative poses are done on the floor and are held for 5 minutes or more so that you can ease into the pose and relax. Have props (yoga bolsters, blocks and blankets and improvised props from home - pillows, cushions, blankets and towels. Find somewhere to be alone, turn the lights down, light a candle and join us.
