Service Description

A yoga class for everyone whether you've practised a few times or hundreds. Not too challenging but still a good stretch. We'll start on the floor, move up to standing poses then come back to the floor for a bit more work then relaxation at the end of class. No class October 10, 24, 31 and November 28.
